On 8 October 2026, New Zealand Robotics AI Technology Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act 1993 (company number 9464591, NZBN 9429054014169).

What we do

We help researchers, educators and businesses build real robots on proven open-source platforms instead of starting from a blank page. Our work covers four robot families:

  • Humanoid robots: bipedal platforms, whole-body control and imitation learning
  • Quadruped robots: from desktop kits to torque-controlled research dogs
  • Robotic arms: low-cost leader–follower arms and humanoid arms for physical AI
  • Drones and UAVs: industrial flight control, simulation and indoor swarms

Why open source

Open platforms such as LeRobot, PX4 and SO-ARM100 give you full access to the code, CAD and electronics. Nothing is locked away, and your team keeps everything when the project is done.

If you have a project in mind, get in touch.
